The short version

Ossara Studio is a brand and operations studio run by me, Tori. These terms cover your use of ossarastudio.com. Client work is covered separately, by the proposal and agreement we sign before a project starts. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You can browse, read, and share links to this site for personal or business research. You can't copy, scrape, or republish its content, reverse-engineer it, use it to send spam or automated requests, or do anything that interferes with how it runs or with anyone else's use of it.

I try to keep the site available and accurate, but I can take it down, change it, or correct it at any time without notice.

Inquiries and client work

Sending an inquiry through the contact form doesn't create a contract, and it doesn't obligate either of us to anything. If I think I can help, I'll follow up, and any work we do together is governed by a written proposal and agreement that sets out scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and ownership of what I deliver.

Estimates, examples, and descriptions of services on this site are for information only and aren't offers. Pricing is set per project.

Intellectual property

The Ossara Studio name, wordmark, site design, copy, and imagery belong to me unless noted otherwise. Work shown from client projects belongs to those clients and appears with their permission. Testimonials are published with the permission of the people who gave them.

Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any of it beyond ordinary browsing.

Third-party links and services

The site links to services I don't control, such as Instagram. Their terms and privacy practices are their own, and I'm not responsible for them.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. I don't promise it'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, and I don't make any warranty about the results you'll get from following anything on it. Content here is general information, not professional advice for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ossara Studio isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. If I'm found liable for anything connected with the site, that liability is capped at one hundred US dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
