Fully booked.Barely managed.

I create brands people remember, sites that convert them, and marketing that keeps your pipeline full. For founders who know exactly where they're going but need someone to get them there.

Any of this ring a bell?

You've got a great business with real customers, doing great work, but your brand was designed on Canva years ago and never touched since.

Maybe your brand is gorgeous but your website has been edited by 3 different developers over the years, leaving your clients fighting for their life in a sea of marketing pop-ups.

Sometimes everything looks great on the front end but there's no backend at all, which means you're answering inquiries by hand like it's 2002.

Or you're booked solid, and the reward for that is answering the same question for the 82nd time on date night.

None of them are a club you want to be part of.

What this is costing you.

Undoubtedly... thousands in revenue. Hundreds of clients who found you (the hard part!), got confused, and clicked exit.

Oh, and most importantly... probably some mixture of your peace, freedom, and sanity.

And if it's all three, we've got work to do.

What I build.

Brand Strategy and Identity.

Before anything gets built, let's figure out what your business actually is. Who it's for, what it charges, where you're different, and what you say no to. Then I build what people actually see... and fall in love with. Every logo, color, and font built to look great on every sign, screen, sweatshirt, and everything in between.

What this can include:

  • Positioning and messaging
  • Audience and competitor research
  • Brand tone and voice
  • Logo suite
  • Color palette and typography system
  • Brand guidelines

Website Design and Development.

A website that looks good is the bare minimum, and I've never been one to shoot for the floor. Yours is going to look freaking great and actually turn traffic into inquiries.

What this can include:

  • Web audits and strategy consults
  • Custom design for desktop and mobile
  • Copywriting
  • SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization
  • Inquiry form and booking software integration
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

Marketing Funnels.

A great website nobody takes action on is a very expensive business card. Most people don't book the first time they find you, and almost nobody follows up with them. This is the part that keeps working after they close the tab.

What this can include:

  • Paid media including Meta and Google ads
  • Lead magnets and landing pages
  • Sales pages and checkout flows
  • Email automation sequences
  • Content and retargeting
  • Conversion tracking and lead attribution
A Meta ad, a landing page and a monthly report on three phones

Systems and Automation.

This is the part nobody sells you but everybody needs. An inquiry lands at 11pm on a Saturday and something has to answer it, follow up, and put it where you'll find it, and that something doesn't have to be you.

What this can include:

  • CRM setup and architecture
  • Multi-platform integrations and automations
  • Lead qualification and routing
  • Automated content distribution including podcasts
  • Real-time reporting dashboards
  • Standard operating procedures

You don't have to know which of these you need. That's my job. Tell me where you are and where you're trying to get to, and I'll come back with the plan.

Let's Talk About It

I brought receipts.

Web Design + Logo Design

Ossara Studio created the most beautiful website and logo design that felt so authentic to the brand. After DIY-ing our brand and website for years, investing in Ossara to complete our visual brand guide and website was such a great decision. We now put our best foot forward in front of our clients, feeling polished and professional.

Digital Marketing / Advertising

It's hard to believe the results we've received from Tori from a modest advertising spend, with ads performing 15x better than our organic content creation! This has become our best funnel and it's been life changing for our business. Tori has also completed a number of business operations automations, helping us eliminate and consolidate multiple vendors or third party contractors. So thankful for the work she continues to do for our business. She is incredibly knowledgeable and diligent and knows exactly how to guide our business to both increase top line revenue and decrease our operational spend.

How this works.

  1. (1)Discovery

Send me an inquiry, and we'll hop on a call to talk through what's going on and what you need. If I think I can help, the next step is all me.

  2. (2)Proposal

I'll come back with a plan built directly from what we discussed on our call. What I'd build, in what order, what it costs, and how long it takes. Nothing cookie-cutter, and nothing pulled off a shelf.

  3. (3)Onboarding

Once we've both decided this is a match made in heaven, we get this party started. You'll get a client portal where everything for the project lives, and you can drop in anything I need to get going.

  4. (4)Showtime

This is where the magic happens. I get to work, and we check in at a cadence we set in your agreement. From here it's the easy part for you.

If you've said
any of this out loud...

"My website has been running good enough for years, but I'm ready for it to be better."

"Everything on here is so outdated."

"This isn't my brand's style anymore."

"Oh I know that's broken, I just haven't had time to fix it."

"The team that built it doesn't work with me anymore. They can't update it."

"I feel like this is confusing to me, so it HAS to be confusing to my clients."

...we should talk.

I'm Ready

Hey hey, I'm Tori.

The person behind the screen.

I'm a jack of all trades, and I mean that as a humble brag.

Most people in this business do one piece. A brand designer. A website developer. A copywriter. Someone to run your ads. So you hire all four, then spend your week chasing them separately and translating what each one said to the other three.

Congratulations, you went from CEO to project manager real fast.

Enter Ossara. The studio I built to solve that problem for you.

I can take your vision from A to Z. I can also jump in at Q, because you might already have a brand you love, a site that's fine, and one broken thing in the middle.

Before Ossara I spent eight years as a Chief Marketing Officer for a company with several brands under it. That's why I can see how the pieces fit. How the brand informs the site, how the site feeds the CRM, how the CRM tells you what's actually working.

You can describe how you want it to feel. Figuring out how it should work is my job.

FAQ.

What will my project cost?

You won't find exact pricing or set packages on this page.

No two businesses need the same build, and anyone who tries to sell you on that just wants your cash.

That's the entire reason I start with a discovery call. So I can see exactly where you are, what's working, what's in the way, and then figure out what's next.

How long does a project take?

Totally depends on scope, and it's one of the first things I lock down in your proposal. Brand Sprints can deliver in two days. A full website plus a backend tech stack can run 12+ weeks. If you're working toward a specific date, tell me on the discovery call and I'll build around it.

What do you need from me during the project?

Access, input, and feedback in a timely manner to keep us on schedule. We won't be spending hours a week on Zoom, but I'll need email replies here and there. You'll always know exactly what I need and when.

Do you offer support after launching my website?

This gets scoped in our agreement, but it typically looks like a handover to your team with documented SOPs, then two weeks of my support for any post-launch bugs or questions. If you'd rather not run it yourself, I offer maintenance.

What if I already have a brand and just need a website?

If the brand is strong and the assets are in the right formats, absolutely. I check that before the project starts so nothing missing sneaks up on us later.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

In all the best ways. The person who sells you on the work (me) is the person who does the work (also me). At an agency, their top dog sells you and hands you to an account manager who sends you a monthly report that looks a lot like the one going to their other six accounts.

Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?

Heck no. Figuring it out together is some of the most fun work!

What platform do you build websites on?

Squarespace, WordPress, Showit, Wix, Webflow, Duda, and custom HTML builds. Which one we use depends on your industry, what you already have, where you're going, and how much you want to manage yourself.

Will I be able to update my website myself after launch?

Yes, definitely. Every site I hand over comes with SOPs for making simple updates. If you'd rather not DIY it, or something falls outside your comfort zone, I offer maintenance retainers for sites I build.

I'm readywhen you are.
